Additional Fees

Additional fees allow you to add extra mandatory or optional charges to a booking, for example an optional additional fee could be breakfast or an airport transfer, and a mandatory additional charge could be a room cleaning fee or booking fee.

Options:

1. Charge: Fixed amount (charge a fixed amount not dependant on number of guests or rooms), Per room (charge a fixed amount for each room added to the booking), Per Person (charge a fixed amount for each guest added to the booking)
2. Per: Night (charge a fixed amount for each night of the booking), Per booking (charge a fixed amount for the booking only)
3. Optional: Yes (the guest can choose to select this fee or not), No (the guest cannot choose to select this fee, it is mandatory)
4. Select quantity option: Yes (the guest can select the quantity), No (the guest cannot select the quantity)
5. Add to room: Only allow the fee to be selected for bookings which contain a specific room
6. Add to season: Only allow the fee to be selected for bookings which are during a certain season
7. Fee: Enter the fee to be charged
