Create a season
There are two stages for adding seasonal pricing, first go to Hotel Booking > Seasons, click Add New and enter the season options.

Next go to Accommodation > Add New (or edit an existing accommodation) and in Accommodation Pricing section click on the tab for the season you want to add seasonal pricing to
