You can import the demo website data, we have a guide for this in Getting Started > Import Data
You just need to assign the primary navigation - go to Appearance > Menus and set the Primary Navigation as the Primary Navigation
The demo website images are not included for copyright reasons, they are replaced by blank placeholder images in the theme package
Make sure you've set your booking page in Hotel Booking > Settings with the Booking Page option (this is the page with the [shb_booking_page] shortcode added to it - if you imported the demo website data the page is named Bookings)
A lot of web hosts and email providers block email sent using the standard PHP mail() function due to spam/abuse. The best option for sending emails is with SMTP, you can install the following plugin and enter your SMTP details in it to successfully send emails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp
Go to WPML > Multilingual Content Setup in the Custom posts section set Bookings to Do nothing
Please bear in mind that your image is often used in multiple places on your website at different sizes and aspect ratios, so it's up to you to select an image which will work when used in this way
You can fix this by regenerating your .htaccess file. Go to "Settings > Permalinks", select the top default option, click save, select the original option you had set and click save again.
If the above doesn't solve the problem, try clearing your browser cache, and any cache plugins you're running.
If neither of the above solve the problem, you're probably actually just not uploading the correct image size, so I'd recommend deleting the image, then starting again and carefully checking the image size is correct before you upload.
Since you're using a copy of Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder which came packaged with Soho Hotel, you do not have a license key.
So does that mean I don't have a full copy of Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder? No, you have a full copy of both plugins.
So what's the difference in not having a license key? The only difference is that you get updates for both plugins through Soho Hotel, rather than from the Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder plugin authors directly.
But don't I need a license key to use these plugins? No, you can go ahead and start using both plugins now.
